Ingredients

250 gms. freshPaneer
1 no. finely chopped) Onion
1 no. Tomato
½ tsp. Turmeric Powder
¼ tsp. Red Chilli Powder
½ tsp. Garam Masala
1 no. Green Chilli -chopped
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves for garnishing
1 tbsp. Vegetable oil

Method

paneer bhurji

* Cut paneer into very small cubes or crumble it.
* Fry chopped onion in 1 tbsp of oil till it turns light brown.
* Add chopped tomato and sauté well.
* Now add garam masala, turmeric powder,chilli powder mix well .
* Add paneercubes ,salt and green chilli.
* Mix well on low flame and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
* Serve hot with Paranthas or chapatti.
