Ingredients
1 scoop vanilla ice-cream
1 teaspoon instant coffee powder
1 teaspoon brandy – optional
½ teaspoon sugar
For the garnish
½ teaspoon cinnamon (dalchini) powder

* Place the ice-cream in a coffee cup or mug.
* Boil the water in a pan and add the coffee and mix well.
* Add the brandy and pour over the vanilla ice-cream.
